Koko Snake is the second project launched by Kokomo Games, launching on Telegram on December 15th, 2024. The game has achieved over 100,000 users since product launch and continues to grow on a daily basis. In addition, engagement is incredibly high with 5000+ DAU around the globe, including in North America, South America, Africa, MENA, and East Asia. 
My core responsibilities on the project include:
• Establishing the Koko distribution ecosystem in Koko Snake, allowing for users to be able to engage in the Kokomo Skill-Based Tournaments.
• Developing the Kokomo Monetization Strategy in order to establish the first pass IAP models.
• Tuned and iterated on the Koko Snake in-game behavior, including the speed logic & level design.
• Engaged with the user community in order to identify the needs and wants of consumers to improve the Koko Snake model.
• Designed preliminary models for the Koko Currency to Real Money conversion strategies that are planned to be implemented on a later date.
